Jocelyn Mulgado is a Chicana artist from the Inland Empire whose work is people centric. Her work navigates itself as a participant in the complex world we live in, and questions values, beliefs, and ideas of perception. Jocelyn’s artwork is representational whether the work is deemed as more reliant on tangibility or not. While she mainly works in oil paint, her work engages in various mediums including acrylic paint, printmaking, colored pencils, piñatas, and more.
